The founder of the company worked in the foundry and machining workshop of the state-owned factory for 8 years, and did trade for 5 years to accumulate capital. In 1992, he began to establish a manufacturing enterprise by acquiring a township enterprise – Shizhu Machinery Factory. At the beginning, he continued the business of township enterprises to produce tractor parts and fitness equipment. In the same year, the company started to research and develop diesel engine air-cooled cylinders.

From 1992 to 1994, through the technical cooperation with Shanghai Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, the company took the lead in the production of air-cooled cylinder liner by the process of coated sand shell casting, which solved many technical problems and greatly improved the casting accuracy and surface roughness of air-cooled cylinder liner. In the following few years, “SANREN” brand air-cooled cylinder liner has entered the supply chain system of most of the leading air-cooled diesel engine producers in China. In 1994, a new plant, East China Foundry, covering an area of 16,666 square meters was completed and put into operation.

In 1995, the company found a great development opportunity in the motorcycle industry, invested in the research and development of cast iron molds for motorcycle air-cooled cylinders, and gradually entered the domestic OEM market. With the increase of demand for aluminum alloy cylinder block, the company established a new aluminum alloy die casting workshop in 1999 to complete the casting process.

From 2006 to 2016, with the improvement of customer level and the intensification of market competition, the market’s requirements for product quality and cost control have increased year by year. In order to ensure the leading position in the industry, the company has carried out a comprehensive transformation:

Introducing lean production;

On the basis of QS 9000, improve the quality management system according to TS 16949, obtained the certificate in 2006;

Invested in a number of flexible machining lines composed of the world's leading brands;

Invested in automated casting equipment and feeding system;

Invested in automated die-casting robots.

Since 2017, the company has established an experienced development team and invested in a new mold development workshops, as well as constant temperature machining workshops. In the gearbox, pump, valve, and electric motor industries, the company has achieved remarkable results and has formed business partnerships with several global-leading enterprises and domestic listed companies.
